I always stop just inside the front cover ...largely because I am only interested in the Sushi! Spain has a Chinese restaurant in every town, a few diversify into Japanese cuisine. Sushi is even harder to find than Indian (really good Indian food is even more rare ...see Brujería). The selection of Sushi is outstanding and is a 'must visit' if you like Sushi ...even if you have a Sushi restaurant just down the road from where you normally live.

LANGUAGE

Some of the staff are trying hard to learn English and others can barely speak or understand Spanish. Don't let this put you off as they do try their best to be helpful. Two foreigners trying to converse using a third language that neither has a perfect grasp of can be funny as well as frustrating!

COMMENTS

Sushi is never likely to be an inexpensive way to eat, it is also not "fast food" ...don't expect your food to arrive quickly and don't even THINK about eating it quickly. This is food that should be eaten at a leisurely pace. Book in advance on Saturday and Sunday and arrive earlier than 13:30 during the week (if you don't have a reservation). Zhuang is upstairs in the "Queen Center" (no sniggering) Gandía (next to Lidl) and behind a shopping centre and cinema complex opposite Carrefour.
