Teulada Town & Market

Take junction 63 from the A7/E15 Motorway, turn towards Ondara and it wont be long before you reach Teulada. Built in the classic Spanish style ...on a hill and with a church tower dominating all.

Teulada has a brand new and very spacious plaza, with Café tables arranged by a splashing waterfall.

Teulada Street Market

Wednesday sees the town's weekly street market ...starts around 10 am and finishes the same time as the Siesta begins (1.30 pm).

You should be able to provision yourself quite well, with fruit, vegetables, herbs, spice and olives.

If you don't speak Spanish then do take your phrase book ...very few market traders speak foreign languages.

There is another market (only much bigger) every Friday at nearby Moraira (same times).

Teulada used to have a flea market (called a Rastro) on a Sunday ...but this closed down and moved to Pedreguer
