Dining at a fish restaurant is never an inexpensive experience ...but the quality of the food at Casa Manolo is excellent and their prices compare very favourably with fish restaurants in Gandía that have less choice poorer seating and views that are not quite so nice. As you can see, you can dine inside or out.
Here's a couple of tips: Razor Shells (Navajas) might be used as bait in the UK but they are regarded as a delicacy in Spain. You won't find the word "Tellinas" in any standard phrase book as it comes from the local dialect (they're small cockles, served on the shell, in an olive oil, garlic and herb dressing). I don't think you'll find whelks on the menu!
You will probably thoroughly enjoy your dining experience.
The restaurant does have its own web site and I have included a link as a courtesy detail. My personal opinion is that, from a purely technical standpoint, the site is interesting ...albeit that the download times would appeal more to broadband users and that the interface used is non-standard and a little user-hostile. The webmaster appears to prefer panache and fancy effects over good, old-fashioned ease of use.
