Would it sound overly cynical if I admitted that I suspected that a 'Craft Fair' was going to be another shopping opportunity dressed in other clothes? This was a street market with a difference ...and one of the more striking examples was this 'Iridology' stall (for the uninitiated this is a sort of palmistry for eyes with a of quasi-medical twist)!

Perhaps I'm getting too old-fashioned, but it always seems a little odd that these venues inevitably offer soaps (right) made of things that make you feel that you should eat them!
There's always somebody trying to invent something yo you didn't know needed and what better than a framed 3D house front (left).

Markets like this also seem to have a lot of stall selling things that the owners describe as jewellery (left) and is of a particular bohemian style that is best left at home when attending fashionable cocktail parties.
Naturally, you will be concerned about how to display your favourite twig to its best advantage and this makes a visit to another of the stalls in the fair (right) an absolute must!

I was sitting at an outside table in a narrow side street when I saw these two young ladies walking up the road towards me. I could not let such a good example of Spanish national dress pass by without recording it for these pages. I stood down my glass of beer and  flicked on the power to my camera. As you can see they were happy enough to stand still for a few seconds whilst I took the shot!
